Senior Geopolitical Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track political dynamics, electoral situations, and policy changes in Southeast Asia, with a key focus on Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other core countries/regions.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on geopolitical hot issues, policy adjustments, and social trends in the region, and compile high-quality in-depth analysis reports and risk early warning documents.
  • Provide customized briefings and professional consulting opinions for clients based on their specific needs, supporting clients in making scientific decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in International Relations, Political Science or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to independently complete English report writing and cross-language communication.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in geopolitical analysis, international relations research, or related fields, with in-depth understanding of Southeast Asia's political environment and regional characteristics.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical and judgment abilities, able to accurately grasp core issues and provide professional and targeted analysis opinions.
  • Good writing and expression skills, able to present complex analysis content in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

Industrial Economy Researcher

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, sort out, and analyze industrial data, establish industrial research frameworks, and produce industrial maps, competitiveness analysis reports, and industry development forecasts.
  • Track the latest developments of key enterprises and industrial parks in the target industry, identify industry pain points and investment opportunities, and provide data support and strategic references for clients.
  • Cooperate with the geopolitical analysis team to integrate industrial and geopolitical factors, and provide comprehensive industry research services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Industrial Economics, or related majors; a master's degree or above is preferred.
  • Familiar with Southeast Asia's industrial data sources, proficient in using data analysis tools, and able to independently complete data collection, sorting, and analysis work.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis and modeling capabilities, able to use professional models to analyze industrial trends and market changes.
  • Have a certain understanding of the target industries (semiconductors, new energy, etc.), and be able to quickly grasp the core logic and development trends of the industry.

Cross-Border Strategic Consulting Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Directly dock with clients, including multinational corporations, government agencies, and other institutions, and deeply understand their needs for entering the Southeast Asian market, risk management, and other aspects.
  • Integrate geopolitical analysis and industrial research results, provide customized solutions for clients, including market entry strategies, risk management frameworks, and due diligence services.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (geopolitical, industrial research) to ensure the professionalism and comprehensiveness of consulting services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Consulting, or related majors; a master's degree or above is preferred.
  • Have work experience in top consulting firms (such as MBB, Big Four Consulting) or the strategic department of multinational enterprises, with a deep understanding of cross-border consulting business processes and service standards.
  • Excellent communication, expression, and presentation skills, able to clearly convey professional opinions and solutions to clients, and have strong client communication and maintenance capabilities.

Risk Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, and monitor various risks faced by the company's business in Southeast Asia, including geopolitical risks, policy risks, market risks, and operational risks.
  • Establish and improve the risk assessment system and risk management process, formulate risk response plans and control measures to reduce the impact of risks on the company's business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to conduct risk investigation and analysis, provide risk early warning and professional advice, and support the company's decision-making and business layout.
  • Compile risk analysis reports regularly, track the implementation effect of risk control measures, and continuously optimize the risk management system.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or related majors; a master's degree or above is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of risk analysis, risk management, or related work experience, with experience in Southeast Asia-related risk management is preferred.
  • Familiar with risk assessment methods and tools, able to independently complete risk identification, analysis, and assessment work.
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and ability to solve problems, with good writing and expression skills.

IT & Data Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the company's internal databases, including the geopolitical event database, enterprise information database, and industrial data database, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of data.
  • Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's network system, monitoring network security status, and handling network failures in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's information security and confidentiality system, formulate and implement information security management measures to prevent information leakage and security risks.
  • Provide IT technical support for internal employees, solve problems related to computer equipment, software, and network usage.
  • Cooperate with other departments to complete data import, export, and analysis support, and assist in the optimization of data management processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Security, or related majors.
  • Familiar with database management technologies (such as MySQL, Oracle), proficient in database operation, maintenance, and data backup.
  • Master network security technologies and related tools, have experience in network security maintenance and information confidentiality management.
  • Familiar with common office software and IT equipment maintenance, able to quickly solve common technical problems.
